This is a full-time opportunity based in the United Arab Emirates. Members of the ECFT team will also be travelling to Malaysia and Singapore as part of recruitment and programme support activities. Our Instructor Pilots strengthen safety and operational readiness by preparing military aviators for critical missions. Leveraging advanced simulation technology and instructional expertise, this role supports the development of highly capable flight crews while contributing to the training and effectiveness of defense forces worldwide. Key Responsibilities Training Delivery Deliver simulator and classroom-based training in accordance with approved programmes, lesson plans, and regulatory requirements. Conduct effective briefings, debriefings, evaluations, and coaching to support pilot development and performance. Compliance & Standards Maintain required licences, qualifications, certifications, and regulatory approvals.
