CAE is seeking a Fleet Planner to join our team at the Lake Nona Training Center. This is a critical role responsible for maintaining and executing the day to day planning of client training. The Fleet Planner will be required to work independently while frequently communicating with both the group leader of executive planning and the training manager of their assigned platforms. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, the ability to think creatively, and be able to comprehend complex regulations from variety of national and international regulatory agencies. Job Duties: Proactively and creatively works to provide a schedule that drives revenue retention through client satisfaction as well as employee retention through consistent work-life balance. Allocates employees and simulator resources to maximize revenue and employee happiness. Creatively solves complex allocation issues while staying within regulatory and CAE guidelines. Independently adapts the schedule to fluctuating demands including last minute cancellations and employee absence calls.
