This position is responsible for maintaining and executing the day-to-day planning and scheduling of client training activities while balancing customer requirements, regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and employee resource allocation. Manage and execute daily client training schedules for assigned aircraft platforms. Schedule and coordinate instructor training activities, including booking, authorization tracking, qualification tracking, and resource allocation. Partner with Training Managers to ensure customer training requirements, course programs, employee resources, and booking information are accurate and aligned with operational needs.
