Financial Analyst Position Summary: Reporting to the Group Controller, this role is responsible for performing and presenting financial analysis. This role will also assist with monthly, quarterly and annual reporting requirements, along with other analysis and reporting as required. Performance Expectations: Prepare consolidated financial reporting and variance analysis for senior management to support strategic decision-making. Assist with the preparation and consolidation of annual budget, five-year business plan, and bi-monthly forecasts. Assist in developing financial models for forecasting and analysis. Support and monitor the year-end external audit process. Ensure compliance with legislative requirements. Continuously maintain knowledge of all organizational accounting practices through seminars, webinars and professional conferences as needed. Perform other projects/analysis as assigned. Credentials: Post-Secondary Education in Business, Accounting or related field or equivalent experience. Must have a CPA designation or actively working towards it.
