Accountable to the Finance Service Delivery Business Program and Metrics Manager, the FSSCM is primarily accountable for transitioning processes into functional shared services or developing shared services teams under the Finance Service Delivery Tower. Position Responsibilities: Identify shared services opportunities through analysis of process inventories. Drive standardization within a functional value stream across delivery channels which includes drafting of key operating procedures and job aids. Collaborate with automation teams to integrate automation into standardized process designs to improve scalability, efficiency, and quality. Project manage and drive the transformation into a shared services operating model for process/teams in scope. Ensure that quality and efficiency benefits are materialized when pivoting into shared services model. Program governance and crafting of project dashboards for weekly status updates to key stakeholders of the Finance Shared Services initiatives.
