JOB DESCRIPTION Operates gable top carton, portion cup creamer, and bag-in-a-box filling machines and packages product. How You Will Make Contributions That Matter Adhere to Food Safety & Quality Responsibilities by following all safety rules, regulations, procedures, and requirements. Comply with all GMP, HACCP, and MSS standards and procedures. Complete MSS tasks on a weekly basis. Report any food safety or quality issues to management and assist in implementing corrective actions. Complete all paperwork, charts, and related documentation in a timely and legible manner. Maintain general housekeeping and keep the work area clean and orderly. Maintain adequate supplies of cartons, caps, bags, film, boxes, and lid stock to prevent line interruptions. Set up the filler for production. Pull product samples for lab testing and verify correct product weights. Perform sanitation and CIP
