We’re looking for a Team Lead, Field Sales to join our growing EMEA team in Lyon. This is an opportunity to build on the foundations of our Lyon sales team. Working closely with the Senior Manager, Outbound, you’ll coach and support the team, continue shaping our ways of working and play an important role in growing our presence in the market. You’ll join a team with ambitious growth plans and have high visibility across the organisation, with the opportunity to make a meaningful impact as the team expands.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Partner with the Senior Manager, Outbound, to mentor, motivate and develop the team.
- Provide regular coaching, training and feedback to help team members grow their sales careers.
- Help the team consistently achieve monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Analyse pipeline and performance metrics, identify opportunities and turn insights into action.
- Support outbound initiatives that improve team performance and market reach.
