The primary purpose is to provide operational and tactical support to the MD and the Region Heads, ensuring the achievement of regional operational goals. The role coordinates and implements multiple management functions associated with the region’s daily business, delivering high-level service to internal and external clients through effective consulting with leadership and internal partners. In addition, a key element of this role is supporting the MD’s national focus on building strategic partnerships across CIBC Capital Markets, Commercial Banking, Private Banking, Wood Gundy/PIC, and Imperial Service to drive new business to CIBC.
