Liaise w i th external contractors, vendors & internal teams to manage services such as cleaning & technical maintenance according to the agreement and Scope of Work. Liaise with landlord to monitor all the requirements as per contract. Support facility projects such as renovations, space planning, and office moves Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to maintenance, compliance, and operations Promote a safe, efficient, and comfortable working environment for employees and visitors. Act as a liaison with regulatory authorities , insurance and safety departments when required .
