Hiring Unit: Desautels Position Summary: This position is designed for students who have previously participated as an Experiential Learning (EL) Student Partner. The EL Student Partner Lead will build on their prior experience designing online workshops by supporting the development of new workshop content, leading training workshops, mentoring current EL Student Partners, and contributing to the enhancement and promotion of experiential learning resources. EL Student Partner Lead will: -Assist in the planning, development and delivery of training workshops -Serve as peer mentors for current EL Student Partners throughout the workshop development process, including helping keep EL Student Partners on track and providing feedback -Assist with reviewing and refining existing workshop materials to ensure q
