Line of Service Internal Firm Services Industry/Sector Not Applicable Specialism IFS - Human Capital (HC) Management Level Senior Associate Job Description & Summary As the Employer Branding, Campus Engagement, & Communications Associate/Senior Associate, you will manage employer branding, campus engagement programme and internal communications initiatives. Partnering with Workforce (Talent Acquisition), various Human Capital teams, Business Development Centre, business stakeholders and external parties, you will strengthen the candidate experience, build engagement with priority campuses, coordinate projects and provide communications guidance. Key accountabilities Create engaging internal and external communications materials, including presentations, templates , and social media content. Manage PwC’s employer messaging across key platforms, including the PwC in Malaysia Careers Site. Monitor marketing trends and generate fresh content ideas. Contribute ideas and drive initiatives to brand our firm on social media platforms (together with other relevant teams).
