Key Responsibilities Manage Accounting, Finance and Tax Compliance Outsourcing activities to clients and have overall responsibility for the accounting process. Participate in the preparation and review of the statutory financial statements under Greek GAAP and IFRS. Participate in the preparation and review of the corporate tax returns (VAT, CIT, Withholding tax etc.). Have responsibility of the bookkeeping and the financial reporting to clients’ management.
