We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our Policy Services team. This role will be responsible to support the Benefits & Payments team to handle policy servicing related matters and to ensure a smooth and timely policy payouts. Position Responsibilities: Proactively analyze processes to identify opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency in life insurance operations processes Be the liaison point between the business and the technical analyst in making sure requirements are clearly understood and translated to functional requirements by leveraging on the resources and skill-set within and across work-streams Liaise and work closely with Information System Department in seeking solutions to problems identified Review business requirements for system enhancements Perform user acceptance testing on system enhancements or production fixes and ensure proper follow through of issues till closure Process service requests from customers in order to build a strong foundation on the business processes Ensure relevant standard operating procedure manual are updated on a timely basis whenever there are amendments or updates Supports audit requests, appeals and ser
