To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What You’ll Be Doing The Executive Director, Balance Sheet Optimization will play a leading role in enabling growth across CIBC’s Corporate & Investment Banking businesses by helping transaction teams manage balance sheet, funding, risk and capital constraints while maintaining the Bank’s risk appetite. As part of a lean and evolving Balance Sheet Optimization team, the successful candidate should expect to operate across levels. In addition to senior advisory and execution responsibilities, the role will initially include hands-on data collection, recurring reporting, and presentation preparation while processes and reporting capabilities are being automated.
