⠀ Description The Execution Solution Lead is part of CAE's Defense & Security (D&S) International Solutions team. This team brings together training solution development experts responsible for designing comprehensive solutions for defense forces and paramilitary organizations worldwide. These solutions leverage CAE's simulation technologies as well as industry-leading training methodologies and tools. The target end-user community spans the air, naval, and land domains. The incumbent contributes to the development of new business opportunities through the formal Capture Management process and acts as a senior member of the Capture Team, in collaboration with Integrated Solution Leads and Commercial Leads. The Execution Solution Lead is responsible for developing solutions that meet customer requirements and budget constraints while ensuring profitable execution, effective risk management, schedule adherence, and protection of commercial and contractual interests.
