Line of Service Industry/Sector Specialism Management Level Manager Job Description & Summary Suggested Experience: 5–8 years of experience in project management, delivery coordination, tax operations support, managed services, shared services, or service center mobilization. Prior experience in tax operations delivery and coordination, offshore delivery models, or professional services environments is preferred. Key Responsibilities: SDC Mobilisation & Operating Model Lead the initial setup of the SDC operating model for tax operations support. Define and maintain the overall mobilization plan, ensuring all workstreams, milestones, and deliverables are tracked. Review prior year tax operations support materials to understand scope, dependencies and key risks. Support resource planning, onboarding, and allocation activities for the SDC team. Support transition activities from mobilization into business-as-usual operations.
