This role requires a highly skilled designer with a strong understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, and the ability to mentor other designers. Responsibilities: Lead the design of complex and strategic projects from concept to launch. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to create innovative and user-friendly designs. Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions. Create high-fidelity mockups , prototypes, and design specifications. Mentor and provide guidance to other designers on the team. Contribute to the development and maintenance of our design system. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Design , Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 8 + years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.
