Job Description What is the opportunity? RBC is expanding its Australian operations and seeking an Equity Research Associate to join our Metals & Mining Equity Research team in Sydney. We welcome technically qualified candidates with a genuine passion for equity research, commodities, and financial markets. In this role, you will support our lead analyst in covering Australian-listed Metals & Mining companies through financial modelling, industry research, database management, and client support. You'll gain exposure to all facets of equity research while building a foundation for progression to lead analyst responsibilities within 3–5 years, depending on performance and experience. What will you do?
