Job Description: The High Touch Equities Business Support role provides front-office business and technology support for high touch cash equities trading, sales trading, and related execution workflows. The role is embedded close to the trading desk and is responsible for ensuring the stability, resilience, and continuous improvement of critical trading platforms, workflows, and operational processes. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to traders, sales traders, COO office, product owners, technology teams, operations, compliance, and external vendors, helping to resolve issues quickly, reduce operational risk, and deliver an excellent front-office user experience.
