Job Description What is the opportunity? We are seeking a talented and driven IT Change Manager who combines analytical thinking with strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will join our Enterprise IT Change Management team overseeing the day-to-day management of hundreds of change requests while ensuring adherence to established policies, processes and standards. This role requires an individual with sound judgment and confidence to challenge constructively while promoting accountability to ensure IT changes are implemented safely and effectively. What will you do? Review IT change requests for compliance with IT change policy, process and procedures Assess risks, including potential worst-case scenarios and business impact Collaborate with stakeholders to provide guidance and coaching Support Post Incident Learnings process for IT changes Support continuous improvement of the change management process Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders What do you need to succeed?
