Job Description What is the opportunity? Join RBC's IT Change Management team as an Enterprise Change Enablement Manager and drive the modernization of our IT change processes. You'll balance tactical template management with strategic transformation, reviewing and approving Standard Change Templates while championing automation, agile frameworks, and capability investments. This role is pivotal in evolving IT Change Management into a streamlined, change enablement function that reduces operational toil and enables seamless execution. You'll coach the user community, support product ownership, and deliver performance analytics that quantify efficiency gains and guide continuous improvement across the organization. What will you do? Review, validate, and approve/deny Standard Change Templates (SCTs) against compliance, technical risk, and operational impact standards Conduct annual SCT renewals to assess health, viability, and continued eligibility; determine modifications or retirements Partner with Change Review Boards and support Enterprise CAB and Low-Risk queues to ensure IT change processes are effective, efficient, and well-understood Coach and educate the IT change managemen
