Job Title: Engineer Manager Starting Salary: $110,000 Job Summary: Reporting to the General Manager, the Engineering Manager leads plant engineering and program management, including new program launches, engineering changes, capital projects, costing, quoting, operational support, and continuous improvement. This role sets priorities, develops the team, supports production needs, and ensures work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and to customer, quality, and financial requirements.
