StackAdapt is looking for an Employment Counsel to join our growing Legal team. Reporting to the Senior Director, Employment Counsel, you will help support the employment law function across Canada and, as needed, our other key international markets. This role is well-suited to an employment lawyer with 3+ years of hands-on experience looking to take on broad ownership across advisory work, compliance, dispute resolution, and cross-functional projects at a fast-growing, global technology company. You'll work closely with our People & Culture (P&C) team and business leaders on the full employment lifecycle, from hiring through to termination, while helping build scalable, compliant frameworks as StackAdapt
