Job Description The Senior Employee Relations Advisor, US Wealth Management is part of a professional team responsible for providing support to HR business partners and managers on workplace issues, managing workplace risk, and upholding policies and processes to facilitate RBC’s compliance with legal and regulatory requirements affecting its workplaces. The incumbent will work collaboratively with the Global Employee Relations team to maximize synergies and avoid a “silo” approach, and will effectively manage workplace risk, increase efficiency and effectiveness, and support major business initiatives by: • Serving as an escalation point and subject-matter expert for Employee Relations and other HR teams to ensure reputable employee relations advice is provided to businesses, functions and HR teams to support business priorities and RBC Blueprint while managing workplace risk; • Effectively managing complex employee relations investigations and upholding (and as appropriate developing or enhancing) related processes and procedures; • Supporting on initiatives, including the development of tools, processes and/or learning programs for employees and managers to support compliance, i
