Augustana Student Success and Accessibility is seeking an Educational Support Aide (ESA) for the current academic year. The ESA plays an important role in supporting students with disabilities in achieving their academic goals and maximizing their learning experience. Clear, consistent communication and reinforcement of University of Alberta regulations, policies, and procedures are required with students and staff. Other Information: Hours are dependent on student enrolment and class scheduling, with certain days requiring longer shifts than others. Please note that this position is contingent upon student enrollment and active need. Should a student withdraw or no longer require an ESA, the contract will end prior to the scheduled end date.
