The E-Learning Content Creator is responsible for designing and developing structured, learner‑centric e‑learning content that supports knowledge acquisition, skill development, and compliance for both bancassurance (MCBL) and agency (Manulife Philippines) distribution channels. The role focuses on transforming learning requirements into interactive, modular, and scalable digital learning assets suitable for self‑paced and blended delivery. While specialized in e‑learning, the role aligns with common instructional and quality standards to ensure collaboration and continuity within the Digital Learning Team. This position requires advanced expertise, independent judgment, cross-functional collaboration, and ownership of end-to-end module lifecycle management.
