Shipping Supervisor The Shipping Supervisor is responsible for leading daily shipping operations, supervising union employees within the Cooler Department, and ensuring the safe, efficient, and accurate movement of finished products. This position provides direction to team members, coordinates cross-functional activities, and supports continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational goals. Key Responsibilities Supervise and provide leadership to union employees and Lead Specialists within the Shipping and Cooler Departments. Coordinate and oversee daily shipping operations to ensure customer orders are shipped accurately and on schedule. Verify product identity, quantities, and lot codes to ensure shipping accuracy and inventory integrity.
