Pay Range: $30.15 - $31.15 Job Summary: The Distribution Lead Hand supports and coordinates warehouse / shipping department activities to drive efficient operations on assigned shifts and areas. This includes, addressing product and employee concerns, and problem resolving. This person supports Company’s policies/procedures, while leveraging all CI processes and tools. Leads a shift of team members, while ensuring all processes and procedures are executed efficiently, accurately and in compliance with safety standards. Oversees inventory accuracy to ensure customers receive the correct products, preventing under- or over-shipments. Supports customer trust and satisfaction by minimizing errors and product loss.
