To learn more about CIBC, please visit CIBC.com What you’ll be doing As a member of the Enterprise Real Estate and Workplace Experience team, you’ll help shape a modern, connected, inclusive, and high-performing workplace experience across CIBC’s real estate portfolio, including flagship and enterprise environments. As a Director, Workplace Strategy, you’ll lead the evolution, translation, and implementation of CIBC’s Global Workplace Experience Strategy across workplace transformation projects. You’ll provide strategic advice, develop workplace standards and enablement approaches, and use research, data, and team member feedback to help reimagine how we work. You’ll partner with leaders across Real Estate, Human Resources, Design, Technology, and other key functions to align workplace strategy with business
