This role is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end operational risk reviews across Capital Markets and Commercial Banking, integrating insights from operational, technology, cyber, data, AI, fraud, physical security, and resilience risk domains to create a holistic view of business unit risk. The Director will lead a team of risk professionals and partner closely with business leaders, technology leaders, Business OROs, and Risk Specialty Area (RSA) teams to identify key risk drivers, systemic issues, emerging risks, and opportunities to strengthen the control environment. The role serves as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, enhancing executive reporting through actionable risk insights, meaningful risk narratives, and a clear understanding of residual risk exposure.
