The Retail Distribution team is responsible for driving growth through strong partnerships with Personal Banking, Financial Planners and other key bank stakeholders. Reporting to the Head, Retail Channel Distribution, the Director, Retail Distribution is a senior sales leader responsible for driving sales growth, developing talent, and deepening client relationships across an assigned region. This role combines leadership responsibilities with direct sales accountability through ownership of a strategic territory. The successful candidate will lead a team of Senior Associates, coach and develop high-performing sales professionals, and work closely with senior bank partners to execute growth strategies that enhance client outcomes and contribute to the continued expansion of the retail channel. With retail representing a significant portion of GAM's assets under management and revenue, this role plays a critical part
