Manulife John Hancock Retirement is redefining our US Retirement business to help customers save for retirement. Working within a SAFe agile delivery model, the team focuses on delivering solutions that create engaging and streamlined experiences for retirement plan customers and intermediaries. The Director, Product Domain Lead role is expected to connect strategy, priorities, investment decisions, roadmaps, delivery decisions and measurable business outcomes across the lifecycle of their domain. Position Responsibilities: Own the strategy and roadmap for an enduring product domain, connecting near-term priorities with longer-term business outcomes. Drive effective decision-making by framing issues, developing options and recommendations, and resolving or escalating tradeoffs. Inform investment and prioritization decisions, including recommendations on sequencing, scope and when work should continue, change, be deferred or stop. Lead cross-functionally, bringing together Business, Technology, Operations, Risk, Legal and Compliance around shared outcomes.
