Working within a SAFe agile delivery model, the team focuses on delivering solutions that create engaging and streamlined experiences for retirement plan customers and intermediaries. Position Summary The Product Director is responsible for leading the planning, prioritization, governance, and execution of the organization's Risk, Regulatory, and Compliance Book of Work (BoW). This role serves as the central coordination point between Compliance, Legal, Risk, Technology, Operations, and Product teams to ensure regulatory requirements are understood, translated into actionable business capabilities, and successfully delivered. This role proactively monitors regulatory developments, assesses business impacts, facilitates enterprise readiness, and drives cross-functional execution to ensure compliance obligations are met while minimizing customer, operational, and business disruption.
