As Director, Product Development, you will lead the design, and execution of innovative insurance solutions that drive customer value, business growth, and market competitiveness. Position Responsibilities: Manage the delivery of new products and enhancements from concept to launch, including business cases, product specifications, stakeholder alignment, and preparation of point of sales documents. Support the development and execution of product roadmap for assigned product portfolios by identifying market opportunities, customer needs, industry trend and translating insights into actionable product initiatives and value propositions.
