Our products help engineering and security teams see, understand, and act on what’s happening across complex systems at scale. In this role you’ll lead the design direction for a suite of products, building the right relationships, talent, and culture to ship that direction effectively. As AI changes how our customers work, and as designers ship in code, you’ll help define what great design looks like and how our team gets there. What You’ll Do: Define a cohesive product vision and establish roadmaps, metrics, and goals with cross-functional peers. Champion product excellence and empower your team to deliver it. Build, develop, and lead a talented, diverse, global design team. Evolve how the team designs and builds with AI. Partner wit
