We are looking for an insurance professional with strong product, governance, and regulatory experience, who is highly detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable owning complex initiatives end to end. The Director, Product Delivery & Governance is responsible for providing strategic leadership over product implementation, product governance, Day 2 product management and ensure products are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate is an effective cross-functional collaborator and communicator, able to balance commercial needs with robust risk management and regulatory compliance. Position Responsibilities: Act as a Product Owner or Delivery Lead for the implementation of various product initiatives across the product lifecycle by partnering closely with cross-functional teams. Deliver training and briefing sessions to internal stakeholder if necessary. Ensure delivery capacity, prioritization, and execution are aligned with business growth objectives.
