As Director, Portfolio Management Supervision, you will provide national leadership and oversight for the Managed Portfolio Account (MPA) Program, one of the firm's discretionary portfolio management platforms serving high-net-worth clients. You will lead a team of supervisors and specialists responsible for ensuring the program operates with the highest standards of regulatory compliance, risk management, suitability oversight, and client protection. This role serves as a key partner to Branch Supervision, Compliance, Governance, Registration, Wealth Learning, and senior business leaders to help shape the future direction of the managed accounts platform while ensuring alignment with evolving CIRO requirements and industry best practices. The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting the growth, governance and ongoing enhancement of BMO's discretionary portfolio management business.
