Job Description What is the Opportunity? Directs the management of high-complexity enterprise integration platform activities, leading the design, implementation, optimization, and continuous support of 300+ production services across the portfolio while driving strategic modernization initiatives and vendor delivery partnerships. This role encompasses full lifecycle responsibility for software delivery, support, and maintenance across multiple complex platforms serving 5 Lines of Business with 99.5% availability targets. What Will You Do? Partners with senior business leaders and Lines of Business to understand strategic objectives and align enterprise integration solutions to meet evolving business and operational needs. Makes independent decisions on program, technical, and operational strategy for the integration platform portfolio, providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship through senior managers and managers.
