The Director, People Partner is responsible for shaping and executing a forward-looking talent strategy that supports the organization’s digital, operational, and cultural transformation, specifically in the areas of succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, employee engagement, training and development, and compensation. This position is a key member of the leadership teams, providing advice to management and developing/implementing HR initiatives which support business unit strategies and enable the organization to anticipate and adapt to existing and future needs, improve efficiency, and meet business goals. This position provides HR support multiple business groups.
