Position Responsibilities: Lead multi-functional engineering teams, dedicated to building and supporting Insurance Technology systems Lead your teams to redesign and build client facing technology systems in support of our Insurance and Affinity business in Canada Assist squads to provide Tier 2 and 3 support under the application criticality framework Employ re-usable and extensible frameworks, reference implementations and patterns and build new functionality to deliver on key product objectives Deliver an exceptional user experience, through the delivery of products and service
