The Senior Director, IRM Strategy and Insights is responsible for a broad mandate supporting the Global Leader of IRM Strategy, Planning and Insights and the Chief Information Risk Officer in the Global Information Risk Management organization. Responsibilities for this role are global in scope and will provide exposure to senior leadership across all lines of defense within Manulife. Primary Responsibilities: Senior Management and Board of Directors Reporting. Support IRM senior leadership in evolving reporting capabilities. Execute and deliver on plans for quarterly and annual reporting to Senior Management and Board of Directors, including collaboration with senior leadership across all lines of defense. IRM Strategy, Planning and Governance Initiatives. Support IRM senior leadership in building roadmaps and implement processes, tooling, and reporting to deliver on IRM’s multi-year strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate and business objectives and focus on talent development and employee engagement across IRM.
