As Director, Inclusion - External Partnerships, you'll lead CIBC’s external Inclusion partnership strategy to strengthen community connection, market presence and thought leadership. You'll build and manage strategic relationships with external organizations, industry groups and community partners, while identifying opportunities that align with enterprise priorities and create value for CIBC and its stakeholders. Working closely with internal partners, you'll help shape external engagement strategies, support leadership participation in external forums and ensure consist
