Job Description What is the opportunity? Join RBC Global Asset Management as Director, Global Operations Transformation, leading the strategic direction and modernization of our global operations infrastructure. This critical leadership role drives GAM towards its target state through Order Management platform modernization, Middle Office transformation, and a globalized operating model. You’ll lead transformational initiatives that enhance operational excellence, optimize end-to-end workflows, and deliver measurable business value across our global operations ecosystem, with key accountability for our Trade Order Management Systems and broader operations ecosystem.
