Job Description WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY? The Director, Finance Intelligent Automation & Controls within the Office of the US CFO will own the prototype-to-pilot pipeline for AI-enabled transformation across Regulatory Reporting, Financial Control, Product Control, and FP&A, personally building agentic AI prototypes that accelerate core finance production workflows while establishing governable, reusable technical patterns for enterprise productionization. WHAT WILL YOU DO? Shape and execute the multi-year Finance AI roadmap across data, automation, AI, reporting, and workflow optimization – sequenced by addressable value and business impact rather than technology novelty Identify high-value AI use cases and personally build the first working agentic AI prototype against core production workflows (data sourcing, reconciliation, report production, variance commentary, review stack, inquiry response) Establish and track value-realization metrics including productivity gains, cycle-time reduction, reporting quality improvements, and decision support effectiveness Define the prototype-to-pilot hand-off pattern and technical standards that Technology teams will adopt to productionize sol
