Job Description Director, Enterprise Strategy & Transformation (ES&T), Royal Bank of Canada US, New York, NY: Perform comprehensive strategic reviews and analyses leveraging frameworks, approaches, tools and methodologies and develop robust recommendations to support Group Executive, segment Operating Committees, and lines of business. Ensure growth strategies are well developed, articulated and aligned across businesses and with enterprise perspective/priorities, and proactively identify benefits such as revenue streams or cost savings opportunities. Support the annual enterprise strategic development process, business portfolio review, and related senior leader off sites/events to advance RBC’s strategy. Produce materials for Group Executive and Board for review, discussion, and decision.
