We are seeking Director of Employee Experience to design and deliver differentiated employee experiences that position RBC AI Group as an employer of choice for world-class AI talent. In this role, you will define the employee experience strategy across key moments that matter—from pre-boarding and onboarding through leadership development and career growth. You will leverage employee insights to continuously improve experiences while partnering closely with HR, AI Group leaders, Communications, Learning, Technology & Operations (T&O), and COO teams to deliver scalable, high-impact programs. This role combines strategy, experience design, and operational excellence to create experiences that enable employees to become productive faster, strengthen engagement, and build a connected AI community. What You Will Do Design Differentiated Employee Experiences . Design, launch and continuously improve experiences across the employee lifecycle. Identify opportunities to differentiate AI Group experiences while leveraging enterprise/T&O programs where appropriate. Apply
