We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Director (Data) to join our Global Technology team at MGS. In this role, you will lead leaders and provide strategic direction for the full data organization – including Data Engineering, Quality Engineering, Data Platform, Data Governance, and Data Management , ensuring teams are positioned to deliver business outcomes, strengthen operational capability, provide trusted and well-governed data services, and meet service level commitments across Manulife segments. Position Responsibilities: Provide strategic leadership for the Data organization in MGS, including Data Engineering, Quality Engineering, Data Platform, Data Governance, and Data Management teams, ensuring alignment with Global Technology and business objectives. Partner with onshore leaders to provide input to the Data Platform strategy and service model, translate the agreed roadmap into executable plans, and oversee delivery across data teams. Drive continuous improvement across data capabilities through automation, cloud adoption, platform modernization, engineering excellence, and disciplined operating practices.
