As a Director, Commercial Sales you will provide strategy, mentorship, and guidance for Commercial Sales Managers and their direct reports, ultimately furthering the growth of our organization. What You’ll Do: Forecast performance based on team productivity Hire, oversee, and train a team of Commercial Sales Managers Facilitate the ramp up for all new team members, coaching them to success Develop and monitor effective outbound prospecting strategies to increase customer acquisition Evaluate trends to identify areas for improvement and surface best-practices Provide regular and accurate revenue forecasting to your leadership team Cross-collaborate with stakeholder departments to actualize on go-to-market strategies, develop training curriculum, and meet hiring goals Who You Are: Experienced in 6+ ye
