Job Description What is the Opportunity? The Director, Cards Portfolio Analytics and Insight will report to the Senior Director, Network Strategy & Card Analytics and lead the team responsible for advancing analytics, insights, and decision support across the Cards business. This role will be accountable leading the modernizing the Cards analytics function, strengthening how data and analytical assets are organized and governed, embedding AI into analytics workflows, and delivering actionable insights to Product Owners, senior leaders, and business partners. The Director will also establish the governance and operating discipline required to ensure the team consistently delivers against core business management processes, including Monthly Business Reviews (MBR), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR), annual planning, forecasting, and other executive reporting requirements. The successful candidate will be a strong, self-sufficient leader who can determine what matters most, direct the team toward the highest-value opportunities, manage competing priorities, and translate complex data into clear business implications and recommendations.
