Job Description What is the opportunity? Lead strategic planning and delivery of multiple complex programs across RBC Investor Services with direct accountability for portfolio performance, business outcomes, and organizational alignment. You will manage the full delivery lifecycle—from planning and resource optimization through execution and value realization—ensuring initiatives deliver measurable value to clients while managing interdependencies and maintaining governance discipline. You report to the Managing Director, Strategic Transformation and collaborate with Client and Markets, Operations, Technology, Product, Risk, Compliance, and Finance leadership and teams. This strategic, execution-focused role bridges business strategy with operational delivery at the enterprise level, establishing a scalable portfolio and delivery management capability and team mentoring for sustained excellence. What will you do? Manage delivery end-to-end: Establish delivery strategy, execution frameworks, and resource allocation models; track performance and escalate cross-program risks and dependencies with proactive mitigation plans Lead program planning and prioritization: Translate business
